Mrs Rashidova was born and raised in Tajikistan and then moved to the USA and later on to Moscow, Russia. She has a considerable experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, having worked in various roles in Operations, Logistics, Project Managament and Senior Management roles.

She started her career working with the Dubai-based oil trading company, Millio International, as an Operations and Project Coordinator working with suppliers and institutional clients. Later, she continued working for a private Wealth Management Company in London. 

 

Aziza joined UNB in 2016 as a Project Manager, working on the On-Shore Oil & Gas Exploration Projects before becoming Deputy CEO and Head of Projects for both the On-Shore and Off-Shore Projects in the East Med.

In addition to her senior role as Deputy CEO in our Energy company, Aziza also act as Managing Director and Deputy CEO for UNB Group of Companies.

Aziza was educated in Britain, Russia and the USA, having completed her studies in Moscow State University where she studied International Relations and then continued her MBA degree in the University of Northampton. Aziza also completed Finance for Senior Executives Course at Harvard Business School.  

In 2024 Aziza achieved Master's Degree from Oxford University where she graduated with distinction.

Aziza speaks fluent Russian, English and Farsi.
